Founded by Board Certified Behavior Analysts Matthew and Abby Duffy, our team values collaboration, integrity, and person-centered care. Abby Duffy, M.Ed., BCBA, LBA

Abby Duffy has spent the past seven years providing Specialized Consultative Services (SCS) in North Carolina, building on an equal number of years supporting children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in other states. Throughout her career, Abby has designed and implemented behavior support plans that are practical, sustainable, and effective in reducing challenging behaviors. She is passionate about creating individualized, person-centered solutions that empower clients, families, and care teams to achieve meaningful outcomes.

Matthew Duffy has been working in the field of developmental disabilities since 2009, beginning with adults at the University of Toledo. Since then, he has provided Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services across schools, in-home programs, and clinical settings, supporting individuals with diverse needs. In addition to hands-on practice, Matthew has held leadership roles at an ABA agency, supervising teams, guiding staff development, and ensuring high-quality, ethical service delivery. He has also taught ABA courses online at Arizona State University, sharing his expertise with the next generation of behavior analysts. Matthew is passionate about creating individualized, evidence-based solutions that empower clients, support families, and strengthen care teams.
